Very unhappy with this firm. Failed to show at the agreed time for a quote, didn't advise of any reason why and then turned up unannounced. It doesn't take much to use a phone to tell a prospective customer that they are delayed.

Eddy was engaged to double insulate our roof, Eddy sent in his team, I was very impressed with the professional work ethic the team exhibited from the beginning to end, they showed up on time, done a fantastic job for the coverage, it was challenging at one end, but they called in Mick, specialist on roof top (in my opinion), to help completed the job, and they cleaned up their mess!
