Excellent company with great customer service. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I have been dealing with AHP at least 7~8 years.
AHP is the best supplier out of all the company I deal with. They know their products & customers very well. They are prompt anf helpful.
I have to say that big suppliers disappoint me many times with their bad service.
Michael, Maureen, Kate and Mark (If I miss anyone else.sorry) care about customers and they all have such a pleasant manner on the phone.

Excellent supply company on so many areas. Best customer service I've had compare to a lot of other big companies. They have a very large range of products, all of which are very competitive pricing, so it's almost a one-stop-shop. Their regularly printed catalogue is well organised, easy for staff to use and has an index! There is now an online shop too. They deliver very promptly and will go that extra mile if you are out of something urgently. I've used this company for over 5 years, and even on the rare occasion there is an error (either on my end or theirs) Maureen and Michael are very really good about correcting it. When I saw odd negative reviews of this independent family business I felt compelled to give my feedback because if they truly used their services I think you would rate very differently. Thanks guys!

I've had a really good experience with AHP over the past 2 years. Fast delivery, prompt replies and good prices. Just stumbled upon the other poor reviews and thought it's a bit unfair.

It would be nice if you know how to deal with your customers. Mike (I think that is the name of the guy there) shouted and screamed at me and make me cry.
The worst customer service ever, I do not recommend this company.
