From the first phone call with the office to the delivery, the experience with these folk was awesome! Great advice for somone who had no idea about lawn and thought viewing YouTube videos was enough! Those in the Hunter Valley and Surrounds, definately can not recommend these awsome peeps enough!

I went with AgTurf because I had a response to my enquiry within a couple of hours and the communication was excellent, I mean really excellent from the start to the very end of the job. I really appreciated the advice I received from Jill, Judy and Brooke in the lead up to delivery. Jeremy the delivery driver was really helpful and listened to where we needed the turf placed. Blake and Ash who laid the turf were not just turf layers, they are turf artisans. I am so pleased that I invested in their expertise. Not just because it meant that I didn't have to lay 213 square metres of turf but because they made it perfect. They literally custom cut it. Curves were no problem. They checked with me about what I wanted from the start and throughout the day. They were incredibly polite and just worked so hard. I will be having them back when I do my next project in a month.

AgTurf made turfing my large backyard an absolute breeze. The quality of the turf was exceptional and I have no doubt in my mind that I made the best choice. I am so pleased that I didn't simply by turf off the shelf and do it myself. This has been the best experience.

It was a great experience in the sense that you are very focus on customer service. I was kept well informed on the progress of the delivery being affected by the weather events. From the first point of contact on the phone purchase to the delivery I was fully satisfied with the service and that is the reason of a rating of 10 out 10.

Very friendly and informative staff, good quality and priced turf, delivered on time. The driver went the extra mile bringing my two pallets of turf up a long, steep and narrow driveway and placing them as close as possible to my lawn area. Well recommended.

At least 15 of the 65 rolls received were ripped or incomplete. Had to drive out to get fresh stock in the middle of the job, and was then told to dispose of the bad stock myself. Hard to believe.

Awesome service from pre-order to delivery to installation. Turf quality was great. Hats off to Sir Michael for his friendliness, and the meticulous care he displayed when laying our new turf and to the legend who delivered, who assisted us to move some other landscaping supplies while he was here! Love dealing local!

We had a great experience with Agturf. We called them last minute and they were great from the start. Friendly and helpful to talk to and were able to fit us in pretty quickly and deliver to us on a day of our choice. When the grass was delivered they were very helpful in giving us tips of how to do it all as we were laying it ourselves. Will definately recommend to family and friends!

My Purchase from Agturf was an easy and stress free experience. I am well and truly enjoying my new lawn. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a top quality lawn.

Grass is poor quality. Very poor cut quality 1/2 of every roll cut so thin it fell apart. Don’t waist your $ or check every roll before you leave the farm

Great customer service, great grass. They also Log the request with hunter water for you so you are exempt from water restrictions. Lee Rowan’s don’t do this.
Only disappointing thing is they aren’t called “Lawn from Lorn”
