I could not praise Alistair and his team higher. When we needed to sell, we called Alistair and within hours had one of his team on our doorstep with a dossier on sales in the area, our property's history, information on his company and team, details on trusted services (i.e. Plumbing, electrician, handyman etc) that maybe needed prior to market, and advice (including government/state) on real estate agencies.
Within the next two days we had an appraisal, helped us with a trusted conveyancer and contract being organised - the property was on the market within 5 days!
Open home was a logically thought out process - including what days/times we should have the inspections.
Alistair and two of his team arrived early to setup, had everything on hand to provide prospective buyers and even some hand sanitiser!
House sold within days and we couldn't be happer - Alistair has this process down pat, business running like a well oiled machine.

Agius agents tried to pressure us into signing the contract before they'd show our offer to the vendor. Thank god we didn't give in to this pressure as there were key terms that we wouldn't have been able to fulfil if we had signed without speaking with our conveyancer.
Our offer was eventually accepted, we signed, paid the 0.25%, and were told the vendors would be signing as soon as they finished work. Only to receive a call from Agius that they'd received a higher offer and would be refunding our 0.25%.
After months and months of looking for a property in the area, we got to know many local agents, and the Agius group is as slimy as they come. I feel bad for the young agents who are earning a bad reputation in this field.
Buyers beware. Agius, do better.

We are most disappointed with the service provided by Alistair Agius and Company. Whether it be a lack of communication between team members or underhandedness. Our family made an offer on a property which was accepted the evening of 23/5/22. We were informed that the contract would be prepared for us to sign in the morning at which time we could pay the deposit. After informing all of the family and friends of our joy. We were contacted at approximately 9: 40 am and informed that the property had been sold to someone else. A very underhanded approach, in my opinion. We thought that this was a reputable agent.

Don’t get back to you when applying for properties, they don’t return phone calls or messages
