Couldn’t recommend any more, from start to finish. Cathal and Carol took care of us at the beginning of our journey. They always checked in, were very honest, gave great advice, and chased me to get stuff done when I needed chasing, lol! Lucy took over our case and she was amazing. She practically spoon fed two procrastinators, doing things for us that weren’t expected when we were busy such as completing our second police check when the request came in during work, as she didn’t want to waste anytime! The whole team are very professional, exceptionally personable, very approachable, and they will do everything in their power to get the job done, as soon as physically possible. The team felt like friends throughout the journey, who we would chat to about anything and everything, not just our visa process. I would highly recommend Cathal, Crystal and Carol. They are a great team and amazing at what they do. Very professional and had a lot of empathy towards me in my situation.
I got myself into a bit of a pickle with my visa dates and after spending 3 weeks trying to rectify it with 2 previous agents I thought I would be leaving the country!
