AS A BUSINESS OWNER - Absolutely terrible customer service. The website support staff are remote and are uncontactable as they are constantly in meetings.
I wish they would have a meeting on how to work!
Urgent matters are left and handballed. Emails are sent quiet often to close a ticket, when no work has been done.
Clearly their KPI's are set on ticket closures - NOT efficiency and effectiveness.
Our matter has been prolonged into week two and the more you complain the more the costs increase.

I thoroughly enjoyed my training with Richard Holmes. His patience, humour and knowledgeable approach made the sessions both enjoyable and beneficial for my business as a Sales Consultant. The agenda was well structured, making it easy to understand and follow. I appreciate the effectiveness of the training in streamlining my day to day tasks and improving client follow up. John Musso provided us with 4 training sessions which were all comprehensive and informative, but easy enough for beginner like us to understand. He was always happy to answer any question and made the whole process of learning Agentbox a lot less daunting.

Richard was very informative and insightful, and was able to identify some areas in Agentbox where we could improve our practices to communicate more effectively with our clients, and improve our in-house operations.
