What the volunteers do is outstanding. What an awesome service. Everyone needs to get here and donate, shop at the op shop or help in some way! Every bit helps

Agape have been so kind and generous to us after the lismore flood even though they are based in Tweed Heads they have supported lots of lismore people to rebuild their lives post flood.

Very helpful team in this place of helping so many less fortunate than others or those unfortunately homeless

Great helpers of the Homeless with food, laundry etc. Cheap clothing etc available and assistance provided finding accommodation for homeless. Food is taken out of a night for the homeless

The op shop is a great place for props and a fantastic variety of items especially clothing. Staff are incredibly helpful and they really care for people.

Fantastic OP Shop and hub for support needs for the vulnerable and needy. This truly is an organisation with so much love and care.

Amazing staff always there to help you never turned anyone down when they need so some respect and love you won't regret it

Shocking treatment towards someone that reached out for help for a food hamper, was told NOT on the list, the person in question has no transportation, no phone, had borrowed someone else’s mobile to ring, as desperate. Woman was very abrupt and person in question said OK Thankyou. I was able to give said person a lift there and he was so embarrassed having go up to the counter in the thrift shop amongst other people shopping to ask for a handout. The lady behind counter said if you can’t put your name on the list we can’t give you anything. He went outside dejected. I intervened and they finally relented. An older man then came into the thrift shop carrying a box of essential items saying- Emergency food hamper, homeless food hamper, I said he’s outside. This was making the person again feel so embarrassed and downgrade d. Terrible to treat someone like that
