This is super great place to live:) you can get a awesome private room! And house manager and estate manager who can help you anytime, if you have any problem about your room:) and close woorworth just 1 min by walking

We stayed there for 3 months. Wonderful facilities and very well management. Whole Complex is so clean and so comfortable

I stayed at this place from 2017 to mid 2018 the owner ripped me off i would pay $460 a fornight even thou the rent was 200 per week i would pay extra $40 each fornightly he accused me of being behind in rent this is definately incorrect i am not on welfare i have my own finances it had taken him 12 months to issue me a rental bond receipt because i kept requesting
It from him and his secretuary to which was abrusive towards me i will never recommend this place

Great place to live with your own privacy and space. Awesome location, close to the train station, perfect for students! Very safe with lights and cameras surrounding. Excellent property manager and on-site manager there all the time to help you with any issues! Highly recommended:)

The team are friendly, caring and welcoming. They make sure that I felt safe and comfortable while staying there. Located in a nice neighborhood, five minutes walk to the station and Woolworth. You’ll get your own kitchen and ensuite with plenty of privacy and quiet. The room is super cozy, I would highly recommend to anyone!
