I didn’t grab the man’s name who helped me, but what a legend he was! I love tapped someone and the back bumper of my Mazda 2 popped out. After calling to ask him how much it would cost, I took my car to Aero image and the bloody legend just popped it straight back in for me on the spot and he made it look so easy! A genuine thank you for helping me out! Everyone should give this place 5 stars in my opinion.

I strongly recommend this smash shop that nice quality repair and all staffs are very friendly. And they are looks like Audi and VW specialist.

Worst service ever seen. I got the baby car fixed by paying $50 from Aero image. Finally, when it came to bringing my baby back from hospital, I couldn’t use the car seat as I forgot how to use it and I had to call a taxi instead. I went to them again to request for a demo on how to use the car seat properly, then, the person bluntly refused that he did not do the work and asked for another $50 to give me the demo. Worst was yet to come. He banged my car door so harshly despite my son being inside the car. His behaviours was really very rude and brutal. My son is still in state of shock. This guy should be sacked really for his worst behaviour.

Excellent service, top notch workmanship at a competitive price. The team at Aero Image did a fantastic job repairing my dad's car where a small chunk of the body was missing and it was rusting underneath, I can't even see where the damage was now. The paint match was on point. The car was ready when they said it was and the price was the best we had found in the Parramatta and surrounding areas. Went in to fix a blown fuse but it turned out I just played with the settings and dimmed my dashboard no charge, quick and easy. Thanks KenG and team! Will be coming back for all future vehicle repairs

Been there many times as there quick service. However, they become more and more GREEDY! I bring my own oil filter, oil, engine filter and aircon filter, and they charge me $220 for the labour.

Honest, humble & quick. I really appreciate KenG & his team, they are very quick & perfect at work. I got my Mazda Cx9 serviced with sparkplugs, fuel injection & filters replaced. They provided me awesome quality replacements & didn't overcharge. My car is running like new now.

We have been their customer since last few years, all my cars crv, tarago & now cx9 all go here for servicing. These guys are very humble, smiling, professional, helpful & quickest in Parramatta. Keep up the great work KenG & team, God bless you.

Highly recommend Canjie, Steve and the team at Aero Image. They are honest, professional and have always provided top service and workmanship.

Got charged $600 to get light bulbs replaced (See receipt). Researched LED light bulbs online & most of the good ones average around $60 a pair. I doubt there is a mechanic on earth that would charge someone around $400 to change light bulbs. I will forward the receipt to Fair Trading, Reddit & so on. A lot of my hard earned overtime money has gone into this. Do yourself a favour & run as far away as you can from these GREEDY people. Karma should come knocking.
