Quoted for full tree removal then stump grinding and all they did was cut the tree. Charged the same price, when questioned no care in the world.

The Aerial trees team have recently attended my business address twice and also a residential address. On these recent 3 occasions the teams have arrived on time working together to complete the job efficiently. The tidy up was also notable. As a local Central Coast business I can recommend Aerial trees. The fees were reasonable and I will certainly use there services in the future. Thank you Aerial!

I bought firewood you can't burn it as it to green waste of money. Now have to get wood else where. Look at what they are selling as it is green.

Came out promptly for a quote and seemed polite and professional.
The guys that did the job damaged two fences and the letterbox. I was promised that someone would be back within 3 days to repair the damage. They never showed.
After many many phone calls nothing ever happened. I ended up out of pocket another 50% to fix the damage caused.
Was also quoted to have the stumps removed, however the guys on the day said it wasn't even possible due to the location of the stumps.

Terrible service overall and very disappointed at all the quality of the service. Would not use this company again or recommend them.

They all ways give good service and gets job done quickly and save and have cheap fire wood and bags of wood $25

Having just moved to the coast (city) from the Bush I'm not overly impressed with most businesses I've encountered lol BUT. Aerial Tree's are absolutely the exception.
From the quality of firewood to the fact that they're old school in that they are utterly honest & have a sense of community, they really are a great company & great people.
I did look around for the best dense, dry quality firewood as well as the most competitive price & Mel & Brad were hands down the best on the coast.
They're "old school" in that what they say they mean, they're honest, warm & genuine. They do go out of their way to help & that's just simply the type of people they are.
My wife & I have had the warmest toastiest winter & I don't believe I could have found better wood or nicer people to buy firewood from. Yes, I looked around before I decided where our firewood would come from.
I hope you're still open for business this winter as you definitely are the place to go for firewood & a smile.

I contacted Aerial to get seven trees removed, they called me back the next day, visited the house the following day and booked to come the day after to do the job.
They could not make the following day so they called and let us know and came to us first thing the next day. Job done in 2 hours and they cleaned up all the dead palm fronds on three Palms for nothing.

As for payment thy issued and invoice after the job was completed.

I am still waiting for Brad to complete the work, many months after it was started, money paid, but no completion. Perhaps he will now return my calls and emails?

Paid them $700 to cut down and remove stump of mulberry tree, took down tree, but never came back to remove stump, This was early last year 2018, I have rung them several times, said brother now does the stump grinding, but doesn’t follow up, phone calls or messages left. They gave me $50 back for stump grinding when they come back at a later date? It will cost me more than $50 to get some one else I imagine, not happy, didn’t finish job, unreliable.

I have employed Aerial Trees on several occasions over many years to remove different types of trees from our properties. I find them to be professional and courteous. Their prices a very competitive and I would recommend them to anyone wanting trees removed.
