My husband and I went on a morning tour of Sydney city mountains and beaches on our honeymoon trip. We had an amazing experience with Hoof as our tour guide. He accommodated our busy schedule with pick up and drop off and was extremely knowledgeable about each place that we visited. Hoof even surprised us with coffee and TimTams during the trip. Tip: Ask Hoof to take your photos-he is an EXCELLENT photographer! I’ve seen other comments about driving and traffic issues, but Hoof was an excellent driver and felt safe the entire trip. 10/10 would recommend this company again!

The driver of AEA luxury tours was super rude, gave middle fingers to the other people on the street, drove dangerously in the city as a result of road rage.

Beware the way how they treat the other people can be the way they treat you.

The seats were very uncomfortable.
We thought we were going to Lee's crowded places but we followed 3 other AEA vans from place to place.
Our tour guide talked and talked and talked, not giving us any time to absorb or enjoy the information.
The lunch at the Hydro Majestic was excellent

Smaller operator focusing on smaller groups for more personal services. Friendly staff and modern clean mini bus with leather seats and seat belts.

We did the Blue Mountains tour and highly recommend. The driver was knowledgable and went out of his way to look after us. The trip and service were great and good value for money. Thanks so much for making the day.

Two part review! Read on:

This company hires extremely unprofessional, aggressive and dangerous drivers. I wouldn't trust them to look after me or any of my loved ones.

STEER CLEAR!

AEA Luxury Tours contact me regarding this review to identify what the negative experience was. They were extremely concerned to hear about the incident that occurred, and took immediate action to investigate.

They then disciplined and educated the driver responsiblie, and also gave further education to all their staff on safe driving practices.

I was deeply impressed with the response from AEA and hence revised my review to 4 stars.

Very Professional company to work with. I have done a couple of their tours now, recently a pearl farm tour on the Hawkesbury River, a must do. I had no idea how much work was involved to create pearls, all the staff were friendly and caring, they educated us about the industry, the weather couldn't have been better. I travelled with a group of friends and we were given our own driver and bus, as well as our own boat and pearl guide.a good day trip out of Sydney!

I had a wonderful trip to the Hunter Valley with AEA Luxury Tours. We relaxed in their comfortable and spacious mini coach while our driver Scott did all the hard work! It was a great day out with a stop for brunch before visiting a distillery and 2 wineries then finishing with a cheese tasting. The tour price is all inclusive too! I highly recommend these tours!

On Tuesday 27/7/20, I toured with AEA to the Broken Bay Pearl Farm on the Hawksbury river. What an amazing experience. We arrived to a wonderful staff greeting us and a history lesson to compliment the pearls displayed. Next was a boat ride to the oyster leases, where two were shucked. One contained a pearl! A short drive to Woy Woy and another short boat ride to where we saw the seeding and learned of care and maintenance. A great fish and chips lunch was then necessary before returning to the Sheller Door to be familiarised with the many differences between pearls. I certainly believe this education is a "must of the tours to do". Many thanks to each of the staff who made this such a great day.

We had Graham as our tour guide. He took great care of us, very thoughtful and informative. He knew the history of the area very well. He made sure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend this tour.

This was by far the most dangerous and neglectful company I have ever toured with. I do not recommend any service offered by this company.

Did the Hunter Valley wine tour, as well as the Blue Mountain hiking trail and loved both of the trips. Don and Sasha for the Blue Mountain tour were great. Peter for the Hunter Valley wine tour was hilarious. Great people the three of them and we had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend going on any trip with those three.
