I'd been complaining to my husband about neck & back pain for about a year. Made worse by WFH desk situation I was uncomfortable all the time. Thanks to Cibele I am now pain free. I have the occasional twinge, but because she taught me a bunch of postural tips & tricks, as well as easy to do at home exercises - I can either recognise what I am doing early or move to lessen it. I am now booked into my first pilates class this week! Thank you Cibele, I know I've said it a lot, but as a mum with two young kids i'd just got used to being 'sore' its amazing to not have the constant ache/pains.

I went there with acute pain from my hip area penetrating throughout my right side and causing great pain in mobility.
After consultation, Cibele was able to identify a possible cause, previous operations caused imbalance in my gait, her exercises given and massage to tight areas gave great relief in a very short period of time, her willingness to listen, therefore helped identify other areas that needed attention and I after only 2 weeks I feel much weller, painfree & stronger, confident of my exercise routine, and able to feel confident to look after my own health in these areas in the future.

I contacted Advanz health physio due to significant back pain and I was desperate to find someone to help me. This studio was professional, easily contactable and very helpful, matching me with the right practitioner for the job. I am endlessly grateful for their knowledge and expertise, I have learned so much about my body and why the pain was there in the first place! I feel like I was given tools to prevent the problem happening again, rather than just applying a bandaid. Both their physio and Pilates are a worthwhile investment, I can’t speak more highly of this company.
