Would highly recommend Gary, I injured my shoulder 8 months ago and thought I'd never train it properly again since seeing Gary regularly I'm able to train it properly again and he has help a lot of my other injuries also

I cannot recommend Gary highly enough. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis over 10 years ago and have been seeing Gary on a regular basis for the last 5 years. In that time he has kept me mobile and my reliance on any pain medication minimal. I have also noted visible improvement in my posture.in fact I call him my miracle worker, his treatments really do work. As testament to my above review I still travel to Orange from Sydney for regular treatments.

I searched and searched for someone to help me with my aching back. Happily for me I found Gary Hehir and for over 10 years he has been my saviour.

For about 10 years i had been experiencing chronic back and neck pain and mobility issues as a result of neck surgery which was requried after a herniated disc. I tried multiple Physio's, Chrio's and Osteo's, all of which didnt help much with the overarching pain, then i found Gary. I first saw Gary in 2017 and had never heard of rolfing or Gua Sha but was willing to try anything given the circumstances and boy am i glad i did. Gary is the only therapist who was able to alleviate the pain while also assisting with increasing my mobility issues. I am now back playing Golf, Baseball and am pain free. Cannot recommend Gary enough so give him a go, you won't regret it!

Since 1981 I have nursed a troublesome back, quite bad. A masseur in Sydney (now retired) worked wonders and referred me to Gary when he retired. Gary has easily met the same standard. Then Gary moved to Orange. Not happy Jan. We then moved to Bathurst! More happy Jan. I have needed to visit Gary a couple of times since Covid restrictions were lifted and he has again applied his skills and knowledge to my benefit. Some techniques differ from the “standard” but all work. I refer Gary with absolute confidence.
