AFS provided a great service in installing the laminate floor for my unit. Their in depth knowledge of the products, punctuality, high quality product with competitive price are the reason they are great supplier and installer for wide range of flooring needs. The installers have a disgusting attitude! My brand new car is covered in saw dust from the installer cutting floor board on the neighbouring properties balcony. When asked if he could cut the floor board inside he said “no I have to do my job move your car” No apology, now to spend hours cleaning out all the saw dust.

The product on offer is of the highest quality whilst pricing is also very competitive for 10mm hybrid flooring which was the perfect option for our requirements. Advanced flooring were very good communicators and provided a seamless service.

Advance Flooring have done a great at my place twice. First replacing carpet with with floating floors and 4 years later replacing tiles with exactly same colour floors (just placing it over old tiles). Very well done with fine finishes and a very reasonable price. A very happy customer.

Advanced flooring is the best flooring shop in Sydney. The floors has been laid perfectly without any issues. Aeron has been the best advisor for us in choosing colours.

Aeron has been a Very unprofessional Person. Extremely rude with his attitude and was talking to us as if he was doing a favour. Did not pick our multiple calls and extreme delays to reply to our SMS. I am so happy I did not decide to choose and saved on wasting any more time. @ advance flooring good customer service is the key to success.

Aeron is easy to deal with. Price was competitive. Installtion occurred on time. There were some minor issues which I picked up after installers left. Aeron attended the job later and fixed them.

Aeron and the team have been fantastic. I am very pleased with the excellent quality and reasonable price of the product. My flooring job has taken nearly 2 years, in 3 stages and Advanced Flooring have been extremely patient with the delay. Very bad communicator. Have had flooring for just over a couple of years. Flooring coming off the seams in various places and also have been peeling off. Aeron told us that it is as a result of water spillages. Areas affected are in places where it is unlikely for water damage to occur.

On another note, his installers failed to remove the dishwasher and lay flooring underneath and adjust the dishwasher height as is normally the practice (advise from other installers). Aeron refuses to fix this and now we are stuck with a faulty dishwasher that we cant remove and repair. This will cost us $600 when it is a failure of Advanced flooring Services.

It seems that the flooring is totally unfit for the purpose of a residential home if clearly it gets damaged by slight water spillage. Also not prepared to take responsibility for bad workmanship is unbecoming of a good business. I would not recommend this mob at all.

Excellent service and fantastic value for money! His materials are top quality. Aeron is an excellent owner and his customer service is fantastic! I installed my floor with him over a year back and had one little fix to do now. He promptly sent his guy to fix it and without any charge! That's called great customer service! Many of my friends also installed flooring through Advanced Flooring and are very happy. I highly recommend and if you want real value for money do not go anywhere else.

I am super happy with our flooring and not to mention all the compliments on how good our floors look from friends visiting our home. Aeron and his team provided excellent service and quality products. If you live in Sydney, this is the service to use for your hardwood flooring needs.
