Lawrence was very easy to deal with. I called him after 7pm and he arrived the next morning, in the same timeframe I’d still not even been contacted by the repairers my insurer recommended and when they did call they said it would take them 4-5 business days. Absolute lifesaver

Highly recommend! I sent through an online enquiry on a Wednesday night, the next morning I received a phone call to book a time and day in and the following Tuesday my windshield was repaired. They turned up on time, made sure they took all the rubbish and did a great job. Thanks guys!

Great professional service. Communicated price and replacement time well. Unfortunately it was a smashed window and there was glass on the ground and it would have been nice if it had been vacuumed up.

Had two other quotes: BMW were 250% higher and O’Briens 20% higher. However thats not why I went with Advanced. Fantastic communication, super punctual and really nice people!
Hopefully we wont have another miscreant smash our window, but if we do.

This guy is great he is cheaper the the big names for me by $130.00 and it was next day service instead of waiting a week which the big name needed to do the job.he came to me where the other big name company could only do it if I took the car to them.
He took an hour to do a great job the big name company needed the car at there site for 1.5 hours.
He own the company so took great pride in his workmanship and customer satisfaction.
He keep me in touch with cost/times and anything else that I needed to know so I was not inconvenienced in any way throughout the job process.
He is a must try guy you will not regret it!

Very happy with the job. I supplied an NOS frame which he used correctly. Took the time to make sure seal was perfect, good price and honest operator.

Quoted me $550 for a rear windsheild replacement on a VZ Ute. Was the highest of all the quotes I got any where else. All other quotes we're roughly $350.
These guys charge almost DOUBLE the price of any other competitor.

If I could give Ken 10 stars I would! He was right on time at 8am as promised and quickly realising I had informed him to get the wrong window. He acted very professional about it and mentioned he would be back in exactly 2 hours with the right window. Ken was back within that time frame and worked very efficient to get the job done perfectly! He even pointed out someone has broken the window purposely as there were screwdriver scuff marks to pop the window in so they could grab things from my car. Very, very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend him to my own family and friends. To top it all off I offered him more money for the inconvenience and he rejected it and said that’s not how it works. Great honest man!

I had a few questions regarding the window part being replaced and he answered it thoroughly with great patience. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Very professional service with friendly staff and fast turnaround. They called us to let us know when our glass had arrived and some alternate appointments times to have the work done.
