Trevor subsequently provided a report that succinctly outlined the issues with the tree. Council reviewed Trevor’s report and reversed their refusal, allowing removal of the Cook pine.

I have engaged the arborist Dr. Trevor J. Hawkeswood to assess a fig tree at my property in the Inner North West. Trevor concluded that the tree was causing considerable damage to the retaining wall, and that it was both decaying at its base due to borers and had several branches decaying. From this, he was able to satisfactorily provide a report which was submitted to council outlining the adverse impact of the fig tree upon the adjoining retaining wall. Based upon this information, council approved the removal of the tree.

I found Trevor to be extremely cooperative, professional and very personable. His price was surprisingly extremely competitive, and he was very quick to come out and write up the report. I contacted Advanced Arborist, requiring a report done on a large gum tree in my front yard that I wished be removed. Trevor arrived and did an inspection which was extensive, even though the weather was poor he diligently exposed the faults with the tree and the next day I received the report which I submitted to Council - RESULT fully approval to remove the gum tree.
