Advance Mirrors

DO NOT SHOP here - warning! Purchased a shocking quality mirror for over $1000. Mirror's edges start to break after a few weeks. He refuses to pick up calls.

Great quality mirrors - we ordered 3 custom mirrors for our bathrooms and bought one off the floor. Great range of frames which look beautiful. The owner is very helpful and he arranged someone to deliver and install. All at reasonable prices.

Do not shop here! I bought a mirror that needed new glass (as the display one was scratched). They said it would take 3 days. 3 weeks later nothing. I called twice to ask for an update, he said he would check and call me back the same day and never did. 6 weeks later I went in to ask for a refund, they tried to give me a display mirror in the store, then said the refund would take two weeks, then said I would need to come back in a few hours, finally finally got a refund.

Very happy and satisfied with the service and products. The owner is very helpful and understanding. The products arrived on time and were as promised. Hence I am not quite sure of all the negative reviews.

Great experience not reflected by the reviews! My mum went to buy me a 2x1 metre mirror, and it is brilliant. They didn't have the colour I wanted, but the owner ordered it, then contacted us within two weeks (as promised!) Very happy!

I've been customer for over 10 years and always get top service. We have a huge wall mirror in our lounge, which was supplied by Advance Mirrors, so I don't understand the negative comments. This is a very competitive segment, and I am sure that competing shops try to discredit others with fake bad reviews, so don't be mislead!

Wouldnt go near this place if my life depended on it.the service from this shop is just dreadful.customer service is not a word this shop is familiar with nor delivery of product is something this shop believes in either. Failed to deliver!

The business owner is called Mohinder Singh, and he is the most tricky, dishonest, rude person i have ever had business dealing with. He doesn't deserve any business from anyone. He doesn't deserve any star at all.

He framed my oil painting in canvas a couple of months ago. All seems ok at the beginning when we took home the paintings. After a few months, we realized that the painting is bulging in the middle, and that the whole canvas is hardened. I brought the painting to other professional framer, to ask what can possibly go wrong whilst the paintings were framed. He too felt really strange that this happened.he suggested that there might be glue or chemical that were spilled unintentionally or perhaps intentionally (who knows) but clearly that is not the right method to do. And the fact that they cover the back of the paintings suggested that they are covering something up.

Mohinder singh did not want to honour his own job, he deflected the issues. This man has damaged my paintings but do not want to take any responsibility. He screamed at us and have been very rude and aggressive

Take your business elsewhere.

Do not use this place at all. Dreadful. Ordered a mirror from these clowns. Arranged date for delivery. COMPLETE no show first time around. Apparently issues with the delivery truck.rearranged second delivery date. NO show again.new excuse arranged a third time. Surprise NO show.gave them one last chance. NO show again. Went to the shop requested a full refund. Told CANT. Boss not around and cannot process refund. Had to threaten to take to the CTT and Fair Trading before we got the refund. RUN a MILE. THIS guy is about as dodgy and unprofessional as you get.

Do not go near this store. Keep on walking. Don't know how they are still in business. Ordered a framed mirror and month ago - very simple frame, shoddy workmanship, glass was scratched. Extremely poor communication - never there, hard to contact, never returns phone calls or emails! Finally got a refund after many calls and visits. As Elise says slam your finger in the door before going anywhere near this store! Have to give it a star or else can't post. I would give it minus 5 stars!

Absolutely terrible experience do not use - appalling service and no expertise framing pictures or stretching canvas. One star is generous and only given as needed to post a review.

Never answers the phone, never calls you back and can't keep to agreed time frames. What started as a good experience has turned into a disaster. Don't shop here!
