I feel centred and empowered after several sessions of talking with Adrian. He has a very practical approach and the techniques he employs are deceptively simple. He teaches some basic meditation practices to help you step back from the situation and connect with your body. He helps you to understand how your narratives and expectations can be contributing to the negative emotions that overpower you. He encourages you and gives you tools to take responsibility for your life. My relationships have improved and the problems I had sleeping are almost completely gone. My life feels much more optimistic and I feel connected to my core values. Oh, yeah, and he’s a great listener! Would definitely recommend.
Adrian has been extremely attentive and informative at helping me understand the impacts of stress and anger as well as how to minimize the impacts of it on my day to day life. I genuinely looked forward to our sessions and implementing the activities that Adrian guided me through. I've experience positive changes that have been long lasting and for that I could not recommend his service more.

I was charged with common assault a few months back. A good friend suggested that I should get help and see a counselor. I found Adrian Spear and I went to see him. At that stage I didn't realize how much stressed I was going through with work (working 12 hrs a day), family issues, Covid and problems with a neighbour who I pushed and he pressed charges. Adrian helped me so much and I realize how stressed I was to react the way I did. His help and advice to get better sleep and focus on the positive things have helped me to get my sleep back and get control of myself. Thank you very much Adrian for your support and advice.
Had a session with Adrian to learn relaxation techniques to help with sleeping issues. The technique is simple but works really well. Adrian also suggested daily affirmations which help to lift up my spirit. Thanks Adrian!

I need 4 weeks of anger management class with Adrian. And as this was my very first time. I didn't know what to expect. But as my first lesson, as nervous as I was, I didn't know how or what to say. But Adrian made it so comfortable for me that my sessions with him was comfortable and amazing. His professionalism and his techniques. Which works for me. Highly recommend Adrian’s mindfulness workshops and sessions. They are extremely beneficial to battle everyday stress - it is like a gym for the mind. Adrian’s techniques are quite easy to follow - they help with stress and anxiety management, incorporate mindfulness into everyday activities, increase focus and help make one become a better person overall!
The sessions Adrian delivers are excellent. The tools he provides in verbal and written form, are excellent aids in learning to identify and manage all the various ways and forms that stress and anxiety impact upon one self.
