I do not recommend this company for any of your tiling services, whether minor or major. I also don't recommend you use this company if you are building with First Style. The delays they have caused throughout this build has pushed the build longer than 2 months because of their faults, damages, unprofessional processes.

In need for a replacement tiles. They helped me pick the closest tile to the color and style. Very helpful on the phone and in person. Shout out to Nicola for the assistance!

After getting virtually no service at another tile store nearby, we got amazing service from Melissa! She spent about half an hour going through different options for our new kitchen for tiles in our kitchen then set up the options for us to call in with the amount required even though it was her day off the next day.

These guys are crooks. Even when they know they have stuffed up, they wont rectify their mistakes. They use dodgy trades, they don't check their work, they'll try and cover up issues with tiling patterns, argue that it was never specified, even though you have it in writing! They wont pull incorrectly laid tiles up and relay them, they will offer a partial refund, but not enough to get them fixed yourself. Just enough to hope to shut you up. They wont fixed tiles they damaged when laying, and they will blame everyone else for the issues. I don't know why so many builders use them. We have built two homes with two different companies, and both have used Adorn, and both times, we had issues with the tiles and how they were laid. You really do let everyone down.

Tiler did an excellent job on our main floor, 2x bathrooms and alfresco.
Communication was excellent will defiantly go through them again very happy.

Hopeless. Picked tiles. Arranged quote. No appearance. No post shop service. Waste of my time. Go somewhere else.

Great customer service and showroom. The workmanship however leaves alot to be desired. I tried to complain about the grouting on my tiles showing mould in my newly fitted bathroom and was told by Chris "keep water off them". Seriously I should charge them for the repairs and the refit of the new bathroom I'm having re-fitted. And that is after I tried to keep the new bathroom "local". Never again.
