I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks to schedule a technician for my shop, but I haven’t received any emails or callbacks.
It’s quite disappointing.
I called again this morning and am still waiting for a response.

Very professional and on time. The team was in and out super quick when doing my fire alarm inspection which was great so I could continue my day as normal. Great team!

When i phoned to check the office woman was very short, and rude.
I work in customer service and she does not uphold the key values.
Disappointing. I was just trying to ensure I was falling in line with requirements.

They will always come up with new ways to charge a ridiculous fee for things they happened to omit last visit 6 months prior with a laundry list of defects, despite them being the experts we have engaged every time. These guys are scammers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

ADEPT have been doing our fire inspections on our apartment block for a few years. They are always punctual and friendly.

The two officers knew exactly what they were doing & 'right on time' which is very much appreciated.

The Staff checks carefully & responsibly to take photos of the door gap & finds out one fire alarm is not workable properly.
He said he’ll report to the company & strata. They’ll email me in advance to arrange appt.to fix it up. THANKS!

Adept Fire were conducting the annual fire safety checks in our building. Our technician was professional and courteous. He was efficient and, even though he had trouble finding our apartment (in a block of three buildings - poorly labelled) he kept in touch with us the whole time, so we weren’t left wondering where he was. I would recommend Adept Fire Protection services for your fire safety needs.
