Addspace Building - Roof & Attic Conversions

Dealing with Nick & his team was very refreshing. His professionalism & experience put my wife & I at ease right the way through construction of our first floor addition.

We cannot speak more highly of Nick and the Addspace Team! We added an additional bedroom and living area in the Inner West all whilst working from home & home schooling 2 kids and I still can't fault the process. The quality of the work is great, Nick and the team assisted with everything from design through to DA approval and communication was top notch. Our neighbours commented on how respectful and nice the team were and that included any contractors Nick engaged. We were on time, on budget and even got another mini project (built in bbq area) snuck in the mix.
We are loving our new space and would happily recommend the Addspace team to anyone.

2 storey Rear extension - highly recommended

We wanted to renovate our home in the inner west for quite some time and sought many quotes. Chose Add Space for design and build services and we are so happy that we did - from start to live-in.

Nick and his design team are quick and thorough in communication, not leaving you waiting for an answer. Great management and expertise from Add Space - from a brutal council process to various contractors to after care.

Nick's build team are also phenomenal, and my neighbours were so impressed with how respectful they were on-site.

Renovation was efficient and great quality.

We love our two storey rear extension that doubled our internal footprint, and really better than we imagined it.

Can’t thank Nick and the add space team enough for the phenomenal job they did with our attic renovation. Nick transformed the space into a spare bedroom, lounge area and bathroom and we are so incredibly happy how this project has turned out. We used Addspace to convert our terrace attic to a master bedroom and en-suite. Addspace managed the project right from the design phase and coordinated all the required approvals with the council. We are really happy with the result. The attic space and dormer window is huge - you can see the difference just by looking at the neighbouring dormer windows to see how well Addspace have maximised the space. The quality of the work is also great.
Nick and the team even completed the entire project for us while we were overseas - keeping us up to date with progress and getting our input on key design features. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to convert their attic.

After talking to our neighbors about their attic conversion we were a little worried about the whole process as the feedback wasn't great, the lack of communication they received from there attic company resulted in a attic bedroom that they aren't really happy with. Anyhow we had no choice as we desperately needed the extra space in our Paddington terrace so we ended up going with Add space Building and Renovations and couldn't be happier with the end result. The guys were a pleasure to deal with and we were kept informed along the way.
As far as the end result goes we were amazed at how much more extra head height we had than our neighbor being that out terraces are the same size.

We had Addspace come out and install basic attic storage for us April 2019. They organised a quote very quickly. We also modified our quote numerous times between January and April and communicated over email with a myriad of questions, which Nic was happy to answer and accomodate. The installation process was efficient, price was fair and tradesmen reliable in our home while we were at work. We now have basic attic storage that we can utilise for our growing family.
