Fabulous store. Excellent bathroom accessories found exactly what I wanted, and great absorbent tea towles, good quality. Now i can throw the others out.

Bought bedding. Asked for full bedding set. After opening I found there is no quilt cover. So I went to their website (terrible website and very disappointing online experience) and it is out of stock. Complete waste of my time. Quilt cover was the main reason to go there. Never again. Do not go is my advice!
Great range and fantastic service by Lyreda. Was all over her product knowledge & offered thoughtful suggestions to compliment my purchase. She is an absolute gem!
Terrible staff and poor customer service. The assistant manager Michelle was extremely rude and arrogant. Won’t go far with that attitude. Never had such experience with other Adairs stores so very disappointed. There are plenty of stores with much friendly and actually mannered staffs. Definitely not recommended.
Quality goods, awful awful staff. The Asian (I think pregnant) lady in there wouldn’t help me at all and would brush me off. Her greeting wasn’t even a greet, in fact it was rude. She just made a strange sound like the sound you make when you see someone you don’t like. “Ahhheeek. ”? Are you for real? And then as I was checking out she said “I was meant to finish 15 mins ago. Store closes at 9. It was 9: 03. I would have been out of there before 9 if she took a second to help me. Instead, I was wandering around aimlessly. GET ANOTHER JOB YOU Imbecile. If the boss sees this, I hope you listen to your customers and fire her. My reviews not the only one who’s distastified with the staff.
