Adairs Miranda

What a fantastic shop at Miranda with so much variety. I was served by a lovely young girl called Lucy and her customer service was second to none. I also observed 2 other ladies working who were just as helpful and friendly to everyone that walked through their doors I was so happy with my purchase of cushions and a throw that Lucy helped me coordinate with colours. You don’t find good customer service a lot these days so my whole experience was very positive and I will definitely be back

Debbie served me and was absolutely fantastic. I had absolutely no idea about colours, and patterns. Let’s just say my bedroom now looks inaccurate and belongs on a Pinterest board for stylish homes. Thank you Debbie!

I love this Adairs store, the ladies are always so lovely and they stock a great range of products. Jo is especially amazing though, my sister and I were having some troubles with our afterpay at the counter and she was so patient and kind, not a drop of frustration came out of her while we took up so much of her time. Amazing sales lady who's so sweet!

I allways enjoy going to their miranda location. Good range for the size of the shop. The staff are also really nice and helpful which is not always the sme across thie locations. Overall great experence here, the christmas range this year is great would reccomemd having a look, the christmas tree i would highly reccomend. Overall i was very happy and will certainly be coming back.

This is a great store to purchase towels or linen for home and they always have some sort of deal going. The store is well set out and well stocked. It's nice just to have a potter around in here and if your are looking for something specific the staff provide good customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products.

Very bad attitude at the shop, the customer service of the older lady should be reviewed, she should lose the attitude or find a job that does not involve customer service at all

Simply tried to exchange an item after a week and told that I should have called the day after I bought it? What? So it is my fault for not calling the shop the same day as soon as I realized I bought the wrong item and coming after 6 days when there is a return policy of 60 days? People have to work too right?

I do understand that for hygiene policies some items can’t be returned, even though I just opened the item and close it straight away, nothing you would not do in the shop. I also accepted it was my fault for not knowing that, and I kept the item and also bought something else to be able to use it in there just because the younger girl was trying to be polite as she realized how bad was the remaining staff, although I was very upset about the reaction and the attitude of the older staff.

If you don’t know how to do customer service, well, get another job, I will definitely won’t stop by this shop anymore, and hope more people read this review and go to the other shops in miranda who sell the same things and have better customer service

I like this place for homewares. I park on the bottom level and always get to see what's new through the windows. Good range.

This shop does not accept returns, even if the
Items are still in the box unused. Not even for a credit in store. This policy is printed on your receipt once you’ve completed payment. However, this policy is not reflected on their website. See image attached. Fair trading website confirms that this is unlawful.

We love Adairs! We have bought so much of our linen from them and when we found out we were pregnant we bought their amazing nursery selection. Deb at the Miranda store is amazing and so helpful. All the staff are always so helpful and friendly

They have something special for kids with special prices sometimes. I bought a membership card.
