6Have given up on this store. Firstly I was told the incorrect information about ordering a product into store. Then head office got involved to try to sort it out. The store never contacted me as I was told they would by the (very nice) Area Manager. I chased them after two weeks of not hearing anything. They told me they didn't know anything about it. When I explained the situation, the Manager said, she recalled something but never had my name and details and that I would again, have to be physically in the store to order what I wanted. I told her that was not what was agreed. She then said she'd look into it and call me back. That was last week and I haven't heard a word since. I actually can't believe that I've spent so much of my time trying to give this store my business. Sorry Adairs but I gave you ample opportunity and a lot of my patience but you still don't understand customer service. I will never shop with you again.
Went in there recently, and had a similar experience to all my other visits, which is dissapointing as I like the products. The service is very poor in this shop. ALWAYS I am the first one to speak to the sales assistant, they are up behind the counter, but I really expect to be greeted and welcomed. The store has a lot of end of line things, so there's heaps of different ranges and variations, but only a few of each thing. So feels almost like you are in an outlet- but the prices don't match, they are expensive. Also, paying to join a loyalty program is insulting.especially when on a $138 item, you save $6. Not customer focused, and this i'm sure will be effecting your bottom line. Would go there more often and spend more if the store was run better, and the sales assistants had some skills.
This place is a rip. I wanted to buy a single quilt cover set and they wanted to charge me $70 thats even being an adairs member,
when in target i can get 2 for that price.
Good experience. Staff helpful but not pushy. Very happy with discounts 40% off full price towels.
No one was wanting to acknowledge me. High prices. Staff were bored and not very polite.
