Today I went to Adair’s Caringbah with a bit of an idea of what I wanted. I was met by a lady by the name of Lyn. I can honestly say she was one of the most helpful and pleasant people I’ve come across in retail. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was interested and so helpful with a great sense of humour. I’ve been into the store four times in the last few months and she’s the only one who has helped me that much. Caringbah runs rings around Miranda who couldn’t care less if you were in the store or not. Thank you Lyn for a lovely experience.
Have been to Adairs a few times over recent months and have found their staff to be very helpful and their range excellent. Given some recent experiences with competitors and other stores within the same complex, would not hesitate in recommending or returning. Thanks again.
Friendly, helpful, attentive staff who offer good advice. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop.
Went to buy some bedding for my daughter today, 1 item stood at the counter for 15min while 4 ladies helped 2 customers. Then another lady stood on the other side waiting to be served, she Got served before me. I then waited another 10mins, still with the same customers so I walked out. I will now do all my bedding shopping else where.
Great range of products but lacks customer service. I walked in & out twice & noone approached me even though the shop was virtually empty with more staff than customers.
Pretty good store, have a good range, it is intersting how some stores seem to have more of certain products. This is really usefull for linen and has a great range. The only downside for this store is when they put out stock its just stacked everywhere no room to move. I feel bad watiching the staff try and cope. Otherwise a nice place to shop.
So refreshing to get exceptional customer service. Thank you to the younger lady with short hair (my apologies I forgot your name) who helped me restyle my bedroom. I never write reviews but I was blown away by her service. Thank you and I will definitely be coming back.
