Andy and his team installed my pool in February of 2021. We were initially told about a week, weather depending. And just as luck had it, it rained! The boys worked so hard and worked through the rain to rhe best of their ability. I was so impressed! The job was completed in 2 weeks and everything was done perfectly. Andy helped immensely with money saving tips and ideas on how we could get what we wanted within our budget. The communication was absolutely outstanding. Anything we needed or any questions we had were responded to by Andy or his wonderful wife Keisha within a very reasonable time frame. They couldn't have been more helpful. As for payment, we paid a deposit and then the rest was in installments as the jobs were carried out. Still 18 months after installation, they have kept in touch to see if we have any questions or need any advice. Getting Active Pools & Spas to install our pool was the best decision I could have made for my family home. It's enhanced the cosmetic look to the house and has been an absolute asset to walk out and look at every day. We have had no issues with any of the high quality of work. If anyone is looking for a pool or spa, look no further! You won't be disappointed. This company is an asset to our town. I would be more than happy to supply photos of the work being carried out and of the completed job.

Reading a negative review earlier prompted me to write this one. Please take any negative feedback in regards to this business as a grain of salt. I understand people have different experiences with different companies but where is the patience and understanding? ! This is a SMALL family run business who solely rely on this as an income. They have staff who work for them who rely on the businesses income to support their families. Word of mouth is huge in this town, so to see such a negative review written, and written by someone not even receiving a pool by Active Pools is really poor form. Have people forgotten we've had heavy rain for almost 4 months straight, we're in a pandemic, and there is a huge shortage in supplies. Emails or messages are also another form of contact and calls cannot always be answered at people's beck and call. Be persistent if you must, but be patient and ALWAYS BE KIND!

My sister had her pool installed by Active Pools & Spas and its absolutely beautiful! Now we can go around whenever we want and feel like we're on holidays because it's resort quality. I'd say even better. I took my kids to watch the crane drop the pool into the ground and the workmanship was outstanding. Everyone was working extremely hard and they all worked so well together. No messing around and clear communication between all trades. Highly recommended to anyone who wants high standard quality of work. Now because my sister has a pool, I see her more. Active Pools. The company management was so poor sending invoices on a day and saying it was due on that day we gave them 100,000 k and they took nearly 12 months to build the pool there was a bit of rain in that time but it never rained for a year they do not deserve to be highly recommended we designed the pool and had to explain how it was to be as we have built 7 pools over our life time and know what to do they dont.in the end it leaked because of poor work manship
