Activ Therapy Sans Souci

I am extremely happy with my therapy over the last couple of weeks. Less pain and more mobility from the start. I have found Fida to be very professional and knowledgeable about my injury and therefore feel very confident with my treatment.

I’ve struggled with lower back pain for a while and finally decided to see a chiropractor. I saw Fida and she was amazing! She was friendly, kind and very informative. She knew exactly where the sore spots were and after our session I immediately felt good. I will be continuing to see Fida and I would 100% highly recommend her to anyone.

Started seeing Steven about a month and a half ago to fix my shoulder injury. Within the first session Steve used trial and error to establish the origin of my injury and immediately start working on strengthening the tendon.

Steve was professional and welcoming from the start, my shoulder is now as healthy as it was prior to my injury all thanks to Steve and by listening to the exercises he told me to do.

Would 10/10 recommend this physiotherapist, will be coming back soon!

Steve at Activ Physio is the real deal. A meticulous eye for detail from referring practitioners, a thorough work up and assessment and plan to restore to full function. Steve also devotes himself fully to the patient in the time allotted and is not distracted by multiple appointments occurring at the same time. He has a pleasant and knowledgeable disposition at reasonable prices. He also is very well attuned to the human body and stage of recovery experienced by the patient. My experience with Dr Maria was exceptional. She helped me with a very sore neck and helped my mother with her back. She is fantastic with kids and my children's health vastly benefited from our regular visits

Thankyou for the release of my muscles Steven never had faith in physios befote attending activ 's room and have noticed a great improvement in just a few treatments well done to staff at sans souci rooms
