I’ve been seeing Christina for a few months and am super happy with my progress. We have worked out which therapy my body responds to the best and have got some great strategies in place to support me in between visits. Maintenance and reactive treatments are dependent on how my working week/fortnight and stress levels have been. It’s always good seeing Christina, I always get great results…. And lots of laughs. I had a bad injury tore the meniscus and the bucket handle broke off and flipped (twice) and as it was workers comp they kept me waiting almost 5 months for the operation during which the bucket handle could of kept flipping. Paul at Clemton Park got me through some very tough times he was a life line for me. I can recommend him to the highest degree. A true miracle worker.

I first met Christina Le when I had some pain in my upper shoulder, neck and jaw (TMJ). From the 1st session, I never had to take pain killers! She is amazing! Her treatment approach really works and she also educates you so that you can do your part in between sessions. Thank you Christina:)

Had noticed I had some lower back pain so I searched online and found Activ Therapy. They had good reviews so why not. Got started with Jeffrey and its been great. Its a slow process but the results have been great. From pain whilst sitting to now none and we are still working to ensure the pain doesn't reoccur in the future. Highly recommend

Mr Jeffrey Siu is the best physiotherapist.
He is very kind, gentle, knowledgeable and be able to fix up my neck problems in just 1 session.
He also gave me some tips and exercises to do at home that work wonder!

Davey is my go to massage therapist. He is always spot on with what muscles are affecting my joints/other surrounding muscles and knows exactly how to fix them! Always gives extra advice on how to stretch problematic muscles and is always a good chat! Highly recommend him ️ Receptionists are very friendly too
