Mr. Mina is my therapist. His efforts and quick thinking to relieve my neck and shoulder pain has been very helpful. This is 2nd year in a row that I am seeing him and have benefited a lot.

Amazing experience. For the past 5 months, I experienced severe pain on my shoulder and was diagnosed with shoulder bursitis. All of my previous therapy’s were not relieving any pain, which is why I moved to this active therapy. After a few sessions with Salim, I noticed an improvement in my shoulders, and I could not rotate them a bit further than what I had started with. Currently, I am able to move my arms with little pain, and will continue to attend my sessions in this Active therapy.highly recommend (Salim Mishaal) for anyone who is debating on which therapy to attend.

Great treatment from Salim Mishaal definitely recommend, sorted my back pain out after afew session and continues to look after me.

Amazing Amazing place! I’ve been working with Salim for over 2 months and he has been nothing but a gem. I came to him with lower back pain that also radiated pain down my thighs.
He was thorough with his exams and that showed through the results after a month. Fast forward a month and bit later and I can now enjoy doing what I love.

After numerous attempts at finding a good physiotherapist. I found Salim and he was great at identifying the issue for my shoulder and giving me relief (and helping me sleep) within the first session. I had to try a few places before I found someone I was comfortable with, however, Salim really did help and now I've barely got much pain left within 3 weeks.
Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

I went to Activ Therapy in Casula and saw Salim to treat a minor neck injury.
He was so professional, knowledgeable and immediately made me feel comfortable.
He gave me some simple exercises to do and after two sessions, my neck feels even better than before I hurt it!

I have had complex isues with a shoulder injury following a fall. After seeing Lawrence at Casula and Prestons I have been making a much better recovery than expected. Lawrence was able to pinpoint the issues involved and devise appropriate strategies to resolve these issues. The exercises he gave me to do at home were clearly explained and achievable.
