Act Today

I have used ACT software for > 10 years and have found their database to be reliable, easy to use and very little down time - the change to ACT Cloud version went without any hitches and, I feel, it brings the ACT products " up to date". The Marketing Automation works well for us -suggest a few more user friendly and quicker steps to get the outcome required would be useful.

We have received such generous support from Josh at ACT who has been working through some issues and changes with our team and navigating through ACT Premium Cloud.

Josh has been really understanding of and responsive to our many complex questions and customisation requests.

Fantastic support. With a recent Windows update, my ACT stopped working. Rob from support was able to remote into my computer, fix it promptly and I was on my way again. Would highly recommend ACT Today.

Most software is only as good as the support that comes with it. As a user of Act! Since about 1992, I have long term first hand experience with both the product and the support provided. In my experience Act Today has not only kept me well informed of available updates, their suitability and application but, essentially, has provided support to resolve issues quickly and professionally. Had a computer problem yesterday and just couldn't login to ACT - Major Problem!
Tried everything but nothing I did would work - it was a real sinking feeling. I called ACT, Cate was very friendly & professional. The ACT Today database was an excellent tool for supporting our Safety Register. Better yet was the customer service and support supplied by Act Today which was outstanding. Even when we discontinued the Register and were scaling back our program, Act Today's service, support and commitment to meeting their client's needs was as strong as it was at the outset.

I have been using ACT software as my database for over 15 years and highly recommend the product and the organisation. As a mortgage broker, my aggregator has its own CRM system but I prefer to keep using ACT as it allows me to personalise fields within that database.

Michael and the team have been incredibly helpful and supportive of our not for profit, Rough Threads. The ACT system has allowed us to streamline our volunteer process, keep all our records in one spot and most importantly help us stay in contact with our supporters!
