First class service and knowledge - we were 1st time renovators and from the moment we walked in to the Woollahra Showroom through to completion we had a wonderful experience - Nick listened to our needs and ideas on style and provided us with with just the right number of choices - we renovated 3 & 1/2 bathrooms and ACS supplied baths, basins, showers, WCs, taps, heated towels rails and various accessories from various providers with styles that matched perfectly - we undertook the project in two phases - ACS were marvellous at helping with storage and scheduling of deliveries (alway on time) and with the inevitable bumps that arise with a renovation, they were extremely helpful in working with the suppliers to get the intended outcome - thank you Nick and Ellie for helping us over 10 months deliver exactly what we wanted.

Purchasing experience was pretty good for getting numerous items including a bath, basins and heated towel racks. On the former look out for the sales. The after sales support for the generic brand products the stock, a Motivo rail shower in my case, was unnecessarily painful with a lengthy back and forth with a support team to get replacement parts. I wouldn't buy that type of product there again.

When I decided to have my bathroom renovated, I had a difficult time finding all the products I needed for the project. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into your showroom and found endless options of products that were so tasteful and of excellent quality. I ended up buying most of my products from ACS and I must say I got very good deals! My new bathroom is awesome, and everyone is impressed with the new look.

I decided to take a few minutes to thank ACS Designer Bathrooms for the services they rendered us. With no prior experience on bathroom renovations, we were hard pressed on where to find good items for the design we wanted. We came across ACS Designer Bathrooms on the internet and after checking the prices and discovering they had a store nearby, we decided to check them out.

The staff at the Richmond store was very helpful and gave us valuable advice on the pieces that would work for our planned renovation.
