Very rude and inefficient staff member's.

After attempting to contact me multiple times whilst I was at work, Ninella Asiama, was the most unprofessional recruitment professional which I have ever come across and I have a background in recruitment. After harassing me for information, she accused me of plagiarizing my resume. When I asked her to confirm why she thought this, she ended the call and told me she would fix my CV and get back to me. Ninella Asiama, then never got back to me so I escalated the matter to her senior as I was concerned that there was something wrong with my CV. Ninella Asiama, called me back early in the morning, upset that her manager had been made aware of her lack of service and continued to berate me and then lie, stating that she never said that my CV was plagiarized.

In such a competitive industry, I would not recommend dealing with Ninella Asiama, - she does a disservice to her colleagues and organization. Plenty of other recruiters that will get back to you, and treat you with respect in your dealings.

"Dear Mr. Akkary, This situation was bought to my attention this morning and I understand Ninella has spoken to you since you posted this review and that it was agreed there was a communication misunderstanding as Ninella was discussing the the formatting of your resume and not a plagiarizing issue. I understand you resolved the matter during this phone call so trust all is well moving forward.

@John Green - Unfortunately, no Ninella Asiama continued to tell falsehoods and I asked your organisation to remove my details and that I would not deal with them again. There will be no moving forward.
I apologized, not your staff and that was to end the unproductive call with the worst recruiter I have ever dealt with. I stand firm that Ninella Asiama does a disservice to her organization and colleagues.

Looking for a new job is truly a difficult time in anyone’s life but looking for work during Covid times is even worse. Natalie Kotzias was an absolute superstar through the complete process. Natalie is very patient and empathetic and understood my needs and went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Nothing was too hard for Natalie, she adapted and adjusted to my needs in finding the right role. From my experience dealing with multiple consultants Natalie is different in the way that she took full ownership of dealing with me and my request from start to finish, being curious and owning the experience: making me feel at ease. She was always available to help me and guided me through every step of the way in my journey of looking for a new role. She is an absolute star and should be commended for the work she does. Keep up the great work gorgeous girl!

I have tried for 12 months to have someone from ACR World call me to discuss jobs that have been advertised.
As a 27 year veteran of my industry I would think that recruiters would see my experience as valuable but to not even calf back to speak with me when I leave messages is a very poor reflection on the business. The one time my call was answered I was given an email address and told I would get a calf back. That was 3 months ago and I still havent received a call.
To say I am so very frustrated is an absolute understatement.
I always thought recruiters were meant to help people not ignore them totally.
