I’m generally not a fan of recruitment companies and try to avoid them.
But my experience with Celine /ACOS was very different. Celine knew her clientele and what they were looking for.

I applied for a job online that ACOS Recruitment had posted. 2 days later they called me and said that the role was in Baulkham Hills/Hills District.

As soon as I said I was in Liverpool they tried to talk me out of the role and said it was too far. I then said I had a car and could try going there but they were not really enthusiastic about that. They then asked me where I would prefer to work and I said "Liverpool, Parramatta areas etc".

They then said "Ok we will put that down and if anything matches we will call". Since then I have seen 1-2 jobs matching to what they said but I get no phone call.
