From the first phone call with Ash, I knew I was in good hands. Our job was a nightmare - 100m2 with various flooring (marble, parquetry, tiles, carpet with magnesite), all requiring removal and replacement of 16 stairs. We also have a diabolical driveway and had other trades on site, many getting in the way and causing delays and more issues. Ash was able to solve all of the many and varied problems with a "can do" attitude. I was always kept updated and we often spoke or texted several times a day. The results are outstanding and have completely changed the character of the entire house. The craftsmanship by Zac and the fastidious team speak for themselves. Would recommend Ace without hesitation.

Ash and Amir were absolutely fantastic to deal with from the start. Professional, courteous and pragmatic throughout the entire job. I used them for removal of old flooring (including tiles which is no easy job) and then laying both floor boards and carpet and they did a fantastic job throughout my home. Having spoken to a few timber floor retailers/installers, I finally settled on Ace as I got a much better sense they knew what they were doing and had the experience to manage and understand the various challenges of installing a timber floor in a unit. We chose Ace Timber for our timber flooring at our home in Woolwich primarily due to a recommendation and as a result of past testimonials. Ash was excellent with his advice which included several visits to our home. His knowledge was extremely helpful. He then worked with us to best fit in with the remainder of our renovations.

The installation team were outstanding, they were courteous, punctual and did an excellent job. We could not be happier with the final outcome. Their attention to detail was impeccable and included a difficult staircase which is now an important showpiece of our home.

The bottom level needed levelling and also allowed us to remove skirting prior to installation. Whilst more costly the end result was worth it.
