I must admit I was a bit sceptic before trying breathwork, but it sounded like just what I needed. Thank you Elena for helping me to clear the resentment and insecurities that were fueling my anxiety. I feel like my old confident self again. You’re an angel ️

Such a great experience with Elena!
As a pleb to breath-work, I hadn’t had much experience before hand, but I’ve found it been so wonderful and refreshing.
Each session so different with so many benefits since I’ve started.
Would highly recommend as a form of therapy for anyone keen to remove any unwanted energy and to feel lighter on a regular basis. Great mental health and self care practice for anyone who’s interested in so.
Elena is a lovely instructor and very nurturing.
