Have been going to see the guys at Ace Mechanics, after he was recommended to me by a friend, for a few years now and have had him help me with my cx7, VW Tiguan and my Kluger.all the cars had their share of issues when I purchased them but were quickly repaired and have since been kept in great mechanical order by him and his team. Also really competitive pricing, so much so that I have recommended them to my family members to use.

Recently moved to western Sydney and started using the guys at Ace. Great work, really fast and very reasonably priced. Have used many mechanics both in Sydney and interstate and this one really stands out from the rest. Highly recommend

I was a bit hesitant to book my car for service and rego check coz of the "5 star review". (come on.a 5 star review for a mechanic?). I thought it was a dodgy review but I was wrong. Great business to get a blue slip or pink slip after picking up a car from Graysonline Arndell Park. It's one minute away by car and there's a coffee shop around the corner to wait at while Deepak does the inspection. He had the car ready on time- great service thanks.

Took my car there to investigate a smoking issue. The Mechanic first tried to tell me my car was too old the OD2 scanners do not work (my car has the port and does work) then after i mentioned it felt like the car was miss firing he straight away wanted to replace the spark plugs and leads without investigating the root cause. So i agreed as i did not know any better. When i picked it up there was still a bit of smoke which the mechanic said would be gone within a week

Called up after i got it back and drove over the weekend after the smoke returned to the same state as when i first took it there and the car felt like it was loosing power, they offered to rectify the experience.

I thought ok give them a chance to redeem themselves. Advised him I wanted the root cause found. The mechanic did not diagnose the root cause yet again, they replaced the oil and put stop smoke which did help however the mechanic said they did not have time to find the root cause as they are too busy with other cars.

Mechanic said it could be the valve seals but is not sure.

Now i have to take it to another mechanic to find the root cause of why my car was and will smoke again. Not sure if they were having a bad week but just sharing my experience

Ace Automotive Mechanical is best in business. My steering wheel was making noise when turning. Spoke to Deepak in regards to my problem. Booked me in and got it sorted. The respect and professional work pride Deepak has I’ve never seen it before. Having seen it’s already a 5 star shop I was comfortable to let the boys work on my car. Bought a used car and took it straight to Deepak to have a look as he’s always been reliable, fast and great at what he does. Was able to find some issues with the car which are now fixed.
