2Avoid this company, new house and still leaks, they send non qualified staff around to remediate work, make it worse and waste so much of my time and days off work when they don't even show up or just do nothing. They have no idea what they are doing, they were unhappy about being pushed to doing things to Australian standard. Absolute joke when it's all still under warranty. My house is still is not water tight and the concrete is spooling in the garage and tiles are all cracked and pull away from roof. The house is currently not even 4years old! Had to install more downpipes because they didn't put enough in. The list just keeps on going.
I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. They have still not remedied accepted warranty defects after 2 years
