Very friendly service and a great range of Bahn mi and other Vietnamese lunchtime favourites. They have vegan chicken and tofu Bahn mi options. You can also get a lunch combo of bahn mi and a fresh juice or Vietnamese iced coffee.

Bun bo hue was a bit spicy but lady owner gave extra soup to dilute it.

Great value Crispy Pork Roll Banh Mi for only $8.50. A little too much pate for my tastes but I'll just ask for less next time. Fast service and very friendly and welcoming staff. Loads of pork meat. Interior is not as polished as Jacob's but the banh mi is $2 cheaper and the cans of coke only $2, so its a compromise. Will be back.

Classic pork rolls here are perfect. The lady running the shop was super friendly, and made me a roll before the official opening time.

Fantastic local Vietnamese rolls here, our family visits weekly, really worth the money for today's economic. The friendliest customer service, the lovely lady boss at the front has always been serving our family with a smile. Love the home made pate, quality and quantity of the fillings. Can't fault it, they know how to make the basics good and that goes a long way for local food joints. Hope it stays awesome for a long time, will keep visiting.

My go to for banh mi in Ashfield! Generous with the ingredients and the bread is fresh. The woman that works there (I believe she is the owner) is always friendly.

Ok rolls if you are not after chicken which looks as exciting as the decor. BBQ pork roll isn't bad and generous serving of salads given the price if you cbf to get to Marrickville.

My favourite banh mi and beef pho in the inner west. Totally unassuming family business with consistently brilliant food and service. The sort of place where I’d be confident to order anything and know it was going to be excellent.

A vietnamese fast food eatery that offers you possibly the best viet rolls I know of in sydney. Friendly staff and prices are good. Everything taste home made here, I know they even make there own pate.

Brilliant place with a range of options, including a delicious vegan bun / rice vermicelli salad. We really enjoy the vegan lemongrass chicken one. Very friendly staff, too!
