1 Provides great services, really cheap and affordable considering their price is relatively lower in comparison to other community transport group out there.
Usually answers calls right away but avoid calling in peak hours like 9: 00am or 3: 00pm, much love to the customer service members. Ethan, Rachel, May and Amy were wonderful as they helped me with all of my bookings throughout the past 2 years.
Make sure to give them 3 business days to work out your bookings! It is understandable since they are not a taxi service and the amount that they are charging is fairly reasonable.
The officers who registered me into the system were lovely and honestly Access had been helping me so much with my shopping and medical appts. Would love to try their social outings in the future after my hip replacement surgery (fractured my hips due to a fall unfortunately) but for now its really great to be able to access their services.
