Very happy with the POS System for my Indian Grocery Shop. I have used the Access POS System in my Indian Grocery store at Harris Park in Sydney for many years. We just did a software upgrade which is really good, very happy with it hence the review

One of the few companies I could find that does the complete set up.
I had a small cafe and needed a POS system with all the hardware, software and the menu programming. Most others just do the software and can’t help with anything else. I am a cafe owner, not an IT expert.

I am from central Queensland. Not many people out here to buy from but i got onto this mob for our store and can say i am very happy. The pos system arrived ok and if we need any assistance they just login. We have a general store so their system is great for that.

Should be able to give no stars. Promised everything but representative left without transferring old system as had promised. Set up was not complete and training was next to none. Look elsewhere or just buy online yourself. In response, you obviously have a very short memory. We did do business with you regrettably. We got rid of your expensive inferior system, purchased a cheaper one online and set up ourselves.
We recently upgraded our school canteen cash register system with Access POS. The system is used by our volunteer staff and even though most are not used to computer systems, they have found this very easy to use. A great improvement from the manual system we were using before.
