Really positive experience doing Morpheus8 on my abdomen with Dr Cindy. She was attentive, positive and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Entering my mid-30s with a noticeable loss of facial plumpness, I opted for cheek fillers and Botox for the first time. Despite initial nerves, Dr. Cindy's patient guidance and transparency, walking me through the process and risks, eased my concerns. Notably, she didn't push unnecessary treatments, emphasizing authenticity. The experience was comfortable and painless. Dr. Cindy's proven track record in achieving a natural aesthetic was evident, and the results left me very happy. Pavilion Cosmetic is a beautiful clinic with welcoming and engaging staff. Dr Gav is exceptional. He listens, always provides thorough advice and answers my many questions regarding my treatment. Dr Gav is professional and takes a great deal of pride in his work where he aims to provide natural looking results. His follow up contact to check on me and ensure I was happy with the results just showed how much he cares about his clients. Dr Gav is so personable and his sense of humour is topped off with his infectious laugh! I can’t recommend Dr Gav and his team enough. They’re all so lovely and I always feel very comfortable and confident I’m in the best hands.

I came in my first time to get a Light Therapy session completed with Pavilion and the experience was amazing, from the very moment I walked, Sarah was very warm and helpful, walking me through the process before I went in with the doctor, and every session since that first one has left my skin feeling and looking better.

Firstly, the team at Pavilion are absolutely lovely so my review is not about the people but the treatment and results. I was recommended 3x skin tightening with Morpheus8 for my face and eyes. Soon after these treatments my eyes and lower face aged dramatically. The skin around my eyes has become so loose and with significant loss of volume that I'm told (by a PS) that I will need surgical intervention to correct this. My lower face has also experienced obvious drooping. I'm sadly just left disappointed in the lack of concern or empathy received after spending so much time and money here.

I have shared numerous photos with your clinic at your request and received acknowledgement that the damage is visible. All other treatments I received at your clinic were great. The service received from the moment I entered the clinic was exceptional. From the initial greeting by the lovely Sarah, there was such a warm vibe from all staff, and genuine feeing of care. Dr Gav always provides his honesty, never making you feel uncomfortable or pressured.
The clinic has such a calming atmosphere- lots of beautiful candles and flowers - the little details go a long way in adding to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m so overwhelmed at the service and treatment of this place. Right from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. As far as my treatment, I’m in love with my results. Staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all!

Dr Gav and Evelyn have been taking care of my skin and appearance for a couple of years now and I cannot recommend them enough. I have booked in for several procedures at Pavilon, ranging from botox, to laser skin resurfacing and other lower intensity laser treatments, a dermamelan skin peel, as well as skin boosters and facials.

Highly skilled, ardent professionals, Gav, Evelyn, Phil and the entire team at Pavilon really go above and beyond in their ethic of care. Together they create a really relaxed, calming environment such that I always leave the clinic not only looking better, but feeling better too. My experience: lovely, genuine staff, knowledgeable and experienced.
Dr Gav Scriven is authentic, interested, and unpretentious. The guy has been educating himself for so long! My gosh.that much study!
Reception are accommodating and have a sense of humour - I like that.
One of the female clinicians performed my most recent procedure. She was sensitive, made me feel special, and was professional. She also gave me some pretty cool info that previous clinics hadn't mentioned to me.
I give 4 stars because I don't believe anything in this world is perfect.

Decided to have a bit of a freshen up before my wedding so booked a consultation with Dr Gavin, who along with the team, was super helpful with advice, options, price points, downtime etc.we decided on a course of action based on the consult which resulted in my first time having wrinkle relaxers and filler. I was a little nervous, but there no need. Both procedures we’re mostly pain free, no downtime, and the results are much better than I expected! I was very clear that I wanted this to look as natural as possible and not obvious I had anything done, and that’s exactly what I got. I also had some laser work done, and a peel, and my skin is glowing - 100% a convert, I’ll be back Academy team.
