We’ve been an ABT client for a couple of years and have always received prompt support whenever we ran into technical problems with our printer. Their expertise and customer orientated support shone through a few months ago when it became apparent that our old machine is set for retirement. Sam Skehan (their Northern NSW Manager) visited our site to make sure that he fully understood our demands/requirements and presented us with a proposal that covered a wide array of printers that would suit our needs and requirements. We opted to proceed with his proposed printer which was installed and incorporated into our network a few days later.
It is so reassuring to know that we have a printer that can handle anything that we throw at it, consistently.
