Absolute Heart Space - Yoga & Therapeutic Healing for Women

I have been working with Amy over the last few months doing healing/coaching sessions and it has been amazing! The work that I have done with Amy has been some of the most transformative and healing! I also love that Amy encourages me to seek out other therapies, she identifies issues and is happy to refer me on when needed, which makes me trust that Amy is looking out for my best interest! The space and environment Amy creates is beautiful and lets you feel safe to reveal any shadows you know are ready to be healed! So so grateful!

Amy is a wonderful motivator and guidance coach. She has made me realize the strength I hold within and the capacity to move forward when challenged. She is inspiring and I always leave my session’s feeling as if I’m floating on a wave of positivity. It’s life changing stuff and I can’t thank her enough.

If you’re wanting to totally switch off, & restore a sense of well-being within yourself, this is exactly what’s needed. I was frazzled & stressed out & Amy brought me to a place of peace & security. The location was beautiful, the food delicious, and Amy so warm, funny & kind. I met beautiful, strong women, & I learned a lot about managing my stress levels. I would whole-heartedly recommend this for anyone needing or wanting to re-evaluate & retune.

Amy is the embodiment of the divine feminine. I attended her goddess wellness retreat. The weekend was amazing, from making some great friends, restorative yoga day and night and eating some amazing food. During the weekend Amy uplifted and inspired and gave her healing touch in all that she did over the weekend. I would recommend to all.

I attended the Goddess Retreat and it was such a restful and rejuvenating experience that helped me think deeply about how I can become the best version of myself. I recently went on a retreat which was by far the best retreat I have ever been on. A fantastic group of women and a flexible program to suit everyone's needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amy is the most beautiful soul who curated a retreat that allowed the perfect mix of yoga, self-reflection, socialising and nature/exercise. The food was just perfect and we were in a blissful state for the three nourishing days - hard not to feel refreshed in such beautiful surroundings and after a really well executed by Amy. I’m grateful to have connected with some amazing and authentic women and Amy is a very special host who nurtured, supported and encouraged at all the right times. I felt deeply connected to my true self and my new friends by the end of it, thanks to Amy’s efforts to create a comfortable and secure environment - cannot wait for the next one:) - so much gratitude!

What an amazing afternoon at the retreat. Such a warm, welcoming, safe place to share with amazing women. Amy nurtured us all, and the Persian Love Cake was the best!

Amy made me feel welcome from the moment I met her. I had not done Yoga before and she took the time to explain things to me so that I felt included and encouraged. Her inclusive way of teaching means all ability levels can join. She considers injuries, pregnancy and stiff muscles! She's incredibly passionate and genuine about her work which is a reason why I really enjoy attending her sessions.

I attended an amazing half day retreat. Venue was so warm and welcoming. The content of the afternoon was perfectly timed- we got to everything planned but never felt rushed, it just flowed. Amy was/is so caring, intuitive and inclusive. It was a truly beautiful afternoon.

Amy’s evening restorative yoga circles are simply divine! I always leave feeling like my cup has been completely filled! Amy has created the perfect space and I love the classes are so intimate.
