Daren came out to my place the other day to repair a broken tile. He was very tidy and clean and replace the tile.you can’t even pick there was a problem there looks brand-new.

Excellent customer service and they listened to and understood my needs, not only did they provide extremely beautiful tiles for my new home but they provided me with Tiles that suited the style of home that I had built. The whole experience was extremely professional and Jack and his staff were extremely helpful, I highly recommend this company.

The last thing any homeowner wants to hear and see is that the bathroom waterproofing has failed and water seeping out between floor tiles - this was the experience I had in Feb'23.

All the Trades involved, glazer, water-proofers, tiler, in the repair and restoration to rectify the problem were great but even among the best there is always a standout - Abruzzo Ceramics.
From start to finish, communications was great, Abruzzo worked around my availability and they were constantly customer focused.

High praise and heart felt thanks to our tiler from Abruzzo Ceramics, Darren. He has a fantastic work ethic and is a consummate professional, Darren:
- is quality focused and not time based (work done properly)
- made sure I was happy with new tiles
- always on-time and kept to the appointments, never any
excuses
- consistently professional, courteous and respectful:
* small things like removing shoes before entering home
* explained what he would be doing at the start of each day
* would explained the completed work at each stage
- cleaned-up the worksite each time before leaving
Darren is definitely someone who takes pride in his craft and the results are definitely very nice.

I had a fantastic experience with Abruzzo. From Tina and Jack on the phone to assist with booking my job in to fix tiles due to a water leak to Darren the tiler were amazing.
*Darren the tiler was amazing he provided exceptional service and was very helpful. He tried to be careful and not dirty my bedroom and took his shoes off every time he came in the house. He also made sure to cut all the tiles to match the same as my other bathroom and took time to make sure my grouts were done properly too. Super happy with Darren's work and service. Thank you:)

After combing through Sydney for a reliable tile vendor, we went to Abruzzo off a very strong recommendation from a friend. From our first experience in the showroom, the team were so patient, informative and never pushy. We were so happy with the quality of their tiles and their sincerity to tailor a solution to what we were after, we ended increasing our budget on tiling for our renovations. The team were simply so genuine and helpful and we have never regretted this decision - we love our new tiles and our experience with their team (specifically Tina and Jack). Tina especially went out of her way to update me promptly and called me straight away whenever we had any questions.
