And the ultimate judge is my husband, and his reaction when he saw me says it all.he was in awe! Glenn has restored my hair from post cancer regrowth and subsequent damage, and he has also restored my confidence. Thank you Glenn.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at about face hair. I encountered several issues that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Firstly, asking for a deposit is completely fine however taking the $50 deposit from me due to needing to reschedule my appointment due to being pregnant in my eyes isn’t fair. The attitude was dismissive and unhelpful from the staff member, which I was also called mate. What is more important, trying to make a quick $50 or having a return customer for life. Overall, my interaction with the customer service team at was extremely disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of the company. I will never go to your company ever again!

Jaimie was fabulous. She talked through what I was after for my brows. She then meticulously drew a brow shape on my face in white pencil so that I could see what she was going to do. I wanted some changes in shape and colour and she listened to my thoughts but also provided advice Thanks Jaimie.

Glenn is amazing - what a guy! Hands down the best balayage & cut i've ever received. 10/10

Georgia is amazing. She has such great attention to detail. She talks you through the consultation process and makes sure you are 100% happy before walking out. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Beautiful experience, I got my makeup done here for my formal and everyone there was so lovely. My make-up turned out stunning and Trudy was leading me through the entire process, always making sure I was happy with the make-up, highly recommend!
