Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to have been allocated to Ben and Evana at Ability Mt Druitt.
Having Ben and Evana's support gave me confidence which turned the daunting task of returning to the workforce into a positive one.
I am now thankfully employed and couldn't be happier with everything.

Baide has gone above and beyond the last few months, helping me and my daughter get the help we needed through a DV and homeless situation.
He was my voice when too many places weren't listening to mine, and has kept my head above the water.

When i was there. What can I say another government scheme gone wrong, if you like a place with staff who are so over worked and so desensitized to the plight of the customers they serve well this is the place for you.

As far as I understand this is not the place of welfare support that I signed up for.

There seems to be plenty of hurdles for me to jump when I participate in activities but little in the way of me acquiring, meaningful education or sustainable employment and there seems to be little in the way of understanding my needs or barriers to employment.

There seems to be an agenda that has nothing to do with me being dealt with fairly or with decency.when I'm there I get the impression I'm a waste of money or wasting there money to deal with me.

Over all a high volume customer base with low value for customer.

Ability options mount druitt have changed my life. The ongoing support and patience from the staff is what makes this agency different to any agencies ive been with and as a person with medical illness and PTSD ive been with a few, however ability options stood by me and always met my needs. Even were patience with me when i had breakdowns. They have incredible traning that they do at the office themselves and also one on one appointments face to face even over the phone. If it wernt for the staff at ability options i never would have become confident in my self and found a job. So if you want to be treated as a individual and have 100% support and training make the switch an you also can have to opportunity to get the job you always wanted.
