Great service! Our Garage door drive belt snapped Christmas night. I called lots of other companies and no one was interested in helping us until mid January. Ryan was there the next day, he was awesome to deal with, fast and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called Ryan as the cable on our automatic door had snapped leaving our garage door wide open and direct access to our house. Have a heavy double garage door that couldn’t close last night at 9pm and am extremely grateful for Ryan taking time and effort to access the situation on the phone. Manage to close the garage door and Ryan came out this morning to do couple of adjustments and in my opinion, it's now in a better open/close condition than what the installers did 2years ago!

I’m not here to judge his own profession but Ryan’s attitude did not win my respect to him.
I believed I gave him a good deal of the job (5mins job), I cleaned the dust off the roller door before he came so he can work comfortably under it. In return, we received a disappointing service:

-Being impolite to my family when showed up
-Very cranky when discussing the job and could not do much to improve my garage door operation. Agreed to him that it wasn’t very bad but it could definitely be aligned better.
-It’s not always about getting the job done, but how we communicate to each other. A warming greet and a simple thank you is enough to make me feel that my money has been well spent in a great service.

Ryan was punctual, thorough and explained my repair options very clearly. The double garage door was 22 years old and metal fatigue caused one of the springs to break. I decided to replace the drive mechanism as well, given that it was also an accident waiting to happen. Ryan gave me sensible and balanced cost benefits of my options.
I was very impressed how quickly, but carefully, he did the replacement work. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend his work without reservation.

Ryan is an absolute gem. Arrived as promised to fix a roller door which had jammed on my elderly friend. He promised, he delivered, and now it is working perfectly. I can't recommend his services highly enough.

Ryan responded promptly to a late night query on his website when a B&D garage door had broken leaving our car locked in. He attempted to fix the broken door which was at least 11 years old before correctly diagnosing the motor was source of the problem. Ryan delivered and installed the new motor at the first time slot we had available and arrived on the dot. Honest, reliable, cost-effective and highly skilled - so can highly recommend. If only everyone was like Ryan!
