Have been using abco to sort out some issues with my lithium setup.
Their service has been second to none.
Five stars is just not enough.

Good, honest shop with fantastic service. Saved our lives by fitting us in last minute on a Friday to fix our van’s hot water system. Fixed it on the spot for much less than we were expecting. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Our water pressure valve was faulty and the team had us fixed and back on the road in half an hour. They were so friendly and I will definitely remember them for any time we need assistance again

I have had my camper serviced and worked on by these guys a few times now.

They always do a good job, communicate well and are always on time.

Despite everyone else's rave reviews, my experience were very sub par.
I had a leaking loo issue - a simple fix of flange seal and water intake valve seal - however the toilet is an older model thetford and I had a feeling parts would not be sitting on the shelf but require ordering. I made the appt 6 weeks in advance and had emptied black tanks etc and gone in personally in case they needed model numbers etc. First warning sign is that they didn't want to know really. I called ten days prior to appt to confirm and ensure that they didn't want model number in advance etc. I were told that business goes both ways and how did I expect them to have a part when I'm only calling the week prior. Parts assistant had been away for weeks and would have a backlog so I were wasting my time. Verbatim, this is what I were told. I didn't let my true thoughts be known, but I did suggest cancelling my vehicle appt as I would go elsewhere at that point. I would have let it all go at that stage and forgotten abco existed. However yesterday - the day before my vehicle were due in, I received a call and message from parts- they didn't have the parts in stock so couldn't do the repair today.
I began to feel really rather peeved, and disappointed by this stage.
So perhaps I had a one off bad experience - in truth I had a dubious feeling after my initial visit so made alternative arrangements. Toilet all repaired, no dramas, parts ordered, arrived and installed. Easy.
Leaving a review as I feel even with all the understanding and patience in the world, they made me feel like it were my incompetence and it were me at fault.
Big company small care factor.

When you receive old old fashioned professional service you need to give a big shout out. Thank you guys especially Rick for sorting our jockey wheel so we could proceed on our journey. You guys were great and went that extra mile that most wont do for you because it’s too small a job. So pleased with your service and will prompt to all we encounter

My caravan had an electrical issue and fridge ignition problems on my way north. ABCO were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and Andrew was very professional in his approach to my problems and he had them sorted in no time. Highly recommend ABCO.

My 20 year old van was having gas fridge problems. Andrew went out of his way to fit me in to have it repaired and serviced. Such a relief as I am travelling so now able to continue my journey. Fantastic service and we'll priced. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this business for their amazing service. Had a problem with not receiving TV reception on our motorhome and Rob certainly fixed the problem replacing the cables at short notice. Thank you

Soon as you enter the showroom you are greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist.
I had to have the hot water system checked out.
They dropped me off in town and when they had finished picked me up.
They didn't find a problem just a plug connection.
I asked for the invoice, no charge was the reply.
Now that's service!

Abco is client focussed from the initial phone call to the job completion. Our diesel heater repair and service was a tricky job. However the team at Abco was determined to resolve the fault, which they did. We were kept informed with clear explanations. Thank you Abco, great work. Highly recommend!

We had a substantial leak in our caravan roof the staff were fabulous fitted us into their busy work schedule repaired the leak way under my financial estimate and did it with no fuss and a smile

Large van spares available, knowledgeable staff. Van workshop with mechanics available for service or repairs.

Easy people to talk to plus they give plenty of detail on the work you want done, very helpful.

Leanne, Andrew & of course Winston were very friendly, helpful & got us back on the road ASAP
