I was really happy with the service I received, from my initial phone call to the business to the final resolution of my problem. The two guys who came out were so helpful and respectful. They came within a day of my initial inquiry and quickly set about finding the cause of my issue, all the while explaining to me what they were doing and why so I could understand it too. I really appreciated that. Turns out it was a simple fix and won’t cost me a fortune. I will definitely be calling on ABC Pumps and Irrigation whenever there is a problem again because I felt like I could trust them. Thank you.

Great service in an emergency. As well as fixing the call out problem- attention and care improved our pump set up and water pressure. Much appreciated.

My rainwater pump had died and rang up expecting to purchase a new one. Was told to bring it in and was sold a new controller with advice on how to fit it. Had it not worked I could return it and the price would come off the new one. That is excellent service and would go back again.

I needed a fire fighting water pump and all accessories I dealt with Brett and Fred what a knowledgeable bunch of blokes and super helpful I highly recommend best business for all your pump and irrigation requirements within half an hour I was walking out with everything I needed including what oil to use where to put it how to start machinery how to hook it up the whole kit and caboodle just makes life easy

Exceptional customer service! Brett was incredibly helpful, providing good advice about installing a suitable garden watering system and going out of his way to make the whole process easy for me. I couldn't have done it without him and really appreciated his help. In addition, all the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend ABC Pumps and Irrigation Central Coast.

What amazing service
Friday 2 weeks ago around 7pm we had no water - being on a property that only has tank water.
We had overseas guests and a very special function happening over the weekend with over 20 guests coming.
Needless to say we went into sheer panic.
Rang Michael from ABC Pumps & Irrigation early on Saturday morning and we had a working pump and flowing water within 3 hours.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Michael was so professional and caring and just did what was needed.
