The outside of the car was cleaned properly and it shines.

The inside was a waste of money. I would have done a better job at home.

The booth was not even cleaned and the main guy giving the ticket was so rude. He more interested in getting the cars cleaned fast than actually providing good customer service.

Waste of $55.

Did a great job cleaning our car inside and outside. Very quick and professional. Will be returning for future cleans!

The service is much better than your typical franchise car wash. It’s also one of the highly rated car wash you’d probably find around Blacktown.

I opted for the Super Premium + Hand Polish ($95) and the entire thing took about 30 mins or so. The overall service was definitely good, but not the best one for the price you’re paying. The wash was great and very thorough but I found a few small uneven polish spread on my car’s bonnet area. Nothing major, but yeah maybe a little bit extra attention to detail would’ve made it excellent.

There’s nice indoor and outdoor seating area, you get free coffee, and the customer service is good. I’ll most probably go again.

Update: Had an incident wherein my car’s toll tag had been broken and I wasn’t notified but I was happy with the way that the manager responded to the situation when I posted a review about it.

"I'm unhappy with the service. Initially, it looked good. When I dropped off the car, I was told that the interior detailing would include everything inside the car. However, when I picked up the car, I was informed that accessories, such as the car seat cover, would not be cleaned. When you say 'everything, ' it should mean 'everything. ' Additionally, I was charged $300, even though the specified charges on the board were $249, with the explanation that my car was too dirty. However, the area under the seat was left untouched. After reading reviews, I made the trip from Parramatta to Blacktown. "

Had my Audi detailed and never looked so fresh and clean. I’m really satisfied and would really recommend having it at ABC hand car wash.

Highly recommend and will be my new go to place. They are quick, very reasonably priced and honest. Brought this little baby back to life with a mini detail $80

Great service great wash I’ve been coming for years great prices owner is a top bloke I recommend this place to everyone

I had the premium car wash for $45 and the
Boss had finished cleaned my car himself and after I criticised poor quality cleaning he blamed new unexperienced staff - pretty low! The interior parts especially around the gear knop hadn't been cleaned at all and vaccuming lacked attention as he had to go over again at some areas and missed out totally at the driver's seat bottom.
I am happy to pay the money and even a view Dollars more to get my car properly cleaned
BUT I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
Besides having felt his bossy and dishonest attitude I also saw his behaviour towards his staff - they are people too!
My advice- get urgently some much needed leadership courses - right leadership can go a looong way - increasing staff satisfaction and their performance and reduces staff turnover.
After going there a few times with unimpressed quality dropping everytime
my overall verdict is:
bringing my business elsewhere or cleaning it myself saving the money and spare myself another disappointment.

Have been using this car wash for the last 10 years. Best service. Never had any complaints.

The Full detail made my car as good as brand new. They didn't miss a spot and my expectations were exceeded. Job done in 5 hours which is faster than industry standards.

They are very well mannered and courteous & it makes it even better as usually the business is super busy.

Pricing probably slightly above market, however, it's bang for buck, the effects are longer lasting and I doubt the quality can be matched by those offering cheaper options.

To test waters you can try the most basic option, even then you will be surprised with their extensive care factor.

I did mini detail wash which included bugs and tars removal but it wasn’t removed. The amount I paid wasn’t worth it.

Not that good, its tottaly time and money waste for me.i come too abc car wash for long time i known x owners too never find any resion for complant.but this time i ask for full detail for my range rover sport but honestly its like just wash and vac done on its.

I would not hesitate to recommend ABC Car Wash. Their customer service was above and beyond and their car detailing is incredible. I chose to go with the supreme wash package and a buff and polish for my car. The paint on my car is very tired and old but these guys have got it looking glossy and smooth again. My car has never looked this good! They have an eye for detail when it comes to car detailing and I will definitely be using them in the future again.

Attention to detail with their car washes/interior clean. My car comes back looking and smelling brand new every single time.
